Graeme Kent (baje) an Australian resident has been travelling to Nepal for the past 20 years. Since then Kent has been co-ordinating volunteer groups undertaking community projects in Nepal.
Over these years Kent ( Baje ) has developed immense love for Nepal and Nepalese people and has developed strong friendship with many people and organisations throughout the Nepal.
Kent felt the humbleness and great hospitality of Nepalese people when he was in Nepal and also been so impressed by the culture. About 2500 volunteers have been organized by Baje as they undertake construction of community facilities, provide training for health workers and teachers.

Many have trekked and enjoyed the wonderful Nepali environment on the trekking routes as a result the tourism part has somehow been affected in a good way.
Kent ( Baje ) stated that , ” I have developed a love of Nepal because the people have accepted me as a friend and colleague who is serious about a long term friendship and partnership. ”
