There is a huge new fine for Melbourne residents who breach the gathering rules under the new coronavirus restrictions.
On Sunday, the Victorian premier announced the slight changes to restrictions including ditching the nightly curfew, allowing a maximum of five people from two households to gather outdoors within their 5kms and reopening childcare.
Indoor gatherings are still not allowed and to stop them happening, Daniel Andrews announced a fine of almost $5000.
